One thing I do to keep fit is to work out with a controlled diet and I will go to the gym at the same time. I usually work out three to four times a week, and I usually have a plan for each day’s training. The most common routine I will use is to do the chest workout on the first day, back comes the second, then shoulder, and then legs.
When it comes to the frequency and schedule how I have physical training，it depends on how busy I am during the week to go to the gym, therefore, when I am too busy in a week, I might have a longer gap between each workout date. I began going to the gym in grade 11, at that time, there was one in my friend’s apartment, I will go find her after we had all done homework. Now, I work out either with one friend, or by myself.
The reason why I think this method is important is that I can feel myself when I am doing exercises. I can feel my body parts taking place, and they are trained to be stronger and stronger. Besides, I can clearly feel my body is becoming fit and healthy as I am working out. This feeling makes me feel vernal and energetic in daily life.
